Dear Customer Service: In the cook book Eating Local: The Cookbook inspired by America’s Farmers there is a recipe for Sesame Noodles with Baby Bok Choy and Roast Chicken. Sur La Table gave a copy of that recipe without the correct amount of fish sauce. I think the recipe is on page 52 or 53. Could you please email me the correct amount of fish sauce? Thank you very much.
